  • You can cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled pick-up.
  • For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, no cancellation fee will be applied.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride, a small cancellation fee may apply. This helps us manage driver schedules efficiently.
  • In case of a no-show, a nominal fee will be charged to cover driver waiting time.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for bookings paid in advance.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
  • Refund requests are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
  • If there is an issue with your ride, such as vehicle unavailability or booking errors on our side, a full refund will be issued.

  • Premium Service bookings may have different cancellation rules depending on the package or special requests. Please check your booking confirmation for details.
  • Maxi Van and other special vehicle bookings follow the same cancellation and refund terms unless specified otherwise.
